Poya Yoke is a method of positioning products in a tray sockets that prevents an operator from making a mistake during the placement process.

Clamshell ‘’Protection 360’’ – Packaging that consists of a tray and a lid. It is designed to provide full protection of a sensitive product against mechanical damage and contamination. Product packed in this way can be transported, stored and delivered unchanged, e.g. to the production line.

Tray can also be used to identify the product. This effect can be achieved by embossing the project name or number on the tray, marking the tray with an additional, contrasting stripe or by using differently colored trays for parallel projects.

If we stack the trays and the bottom of the upper tray cannot come into contact with the products stacked in the lower tray’s sockets, we use solutions characteristic of self-supporting trays. In this situation, the weight of the upper layers is transferred through the structure of the tray perimeter and in special cases, e.g. for larger tray surfaces, additional supports are used on the tray surface.
