Protection of environment

All waste left during the production process is properly segregated, secured and recycled afterwards.

Our production is focused on using recyclable materials. We cooperate with manufacturers that use technologies guaranteeing the highest quality of raw materials made of granulated products. Almost 80% of our goods are made of recyclable materials.

When we start segregating polymer waste properly, it turns out that its full recycling is less energy consuming than recycling of paper.
We do not use enormous amount of water and aggressive chemicals in the process of polymer recycling versus paper recycling technology.

We support our customers in the field of professional utilization of damaged and withdrawn polymer packaging.

Cygnus uses materials the quality and safety of which are confirmed with proper certificates.

European Union Directive no. 94/62/EC
– consolidated amount of heavy metals used in products is not higher than 100/kg.

European Union Directive 2005/84/WE
(Ministry of Economy bill DZU n 127/887 from 2006)
– materials used do not contain ftalons.

European Union Directive RoHS 2002/95/WE
– materials used do not contain dangerous substances mentioned in the directive.
